Donna J. Edmonds

Ms. Edmonds has over 30 years experience in both the provider and the industry side of the healthcare business.  Her primary focus has been in the introduction, management and commercialization of new and revolutionary technologies, primarily in critical care areas for patient care. She was Hospital Administrator (Director of Nursing) and General Manager of a specialty physician group prior to her recruitment to industry.  Her industry experience includes eight years with Baxter International where she held positions in Business Development, Sales and Marketing. She initiated or participated in several start-ups, and took one company public. In addition, she was the Senior Vice President, Market and Business Development for the Cardiovascular Strategic Business Unit of Inverness Medical Innovations, a public company with over $500 million in revenues.

She has a diploma in Nursing and a B.A from Barat College.

Shaul Shohat, Co-Founder & CEO

Shaul Shohat is co-founder and CEO of the Company with extensive experience of entrepreneurship in the life sciences industry.  He is also co-founder and CEO at Bio Protect, and was co-founder and CTO of Orthospace and VP for R&D at BioRad.

Mr. Shohat has more than 15 years of experience in developing medical devices.

He holds an M.Sc. in Analytic Chemistry from Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.

Ido Kilemnik, Co-Founder & CTO

Ido Kilemnik has  over 12 years of experience in developing and manufacturing medical devices. He was the founder and CEO of Mediate and held VP for R&D positions at Ventor (acquired by Medtronic for $325M), Bypass and Disc-O-Tech (acquired by Kyphon for $240M).

Daphne Haim-Langford

Daphne Haim-Langford is an experienced executive officer in the field of medical devices. She serves as VP for business development at Xenia Venture Capital and as co-founder and chairwoman of the Israeli Biomimicry Organization.

Among her other positions she served as CEO at PerAssist, VP for business development at Medingo and business development professional at Cellect Biotech.

Daphne holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology in Haifa.
